Step 1: For step one you will want to set your oven to a preheat temperature of 350 degrees F, or 175 degrees C. While your oven is heating go ahead and grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.

1 Slice of Wheat Bread
3/4 Cup of Canned Diced Tomatoes
1 Vidalia Onion
1 Large Egg
1/4 Teaspoon of Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon of Salt
1 Teaspoon of Mustard Powder
Step 2: For this step you will want to crumble your slice of wheat of bread into a small bowl. Make sure that you finely crumble the bread, as you don't want any large crumbs. Once you are done with this step you can set the bread crumbs aside.
Step 3: For step three take out a large mixing bowl. Add into the bowl the ground buffalo meat, large egg, ground mustard powder, salt, black pepper, and the bread crumbs that you made earlier. Next dice your onion and drain your diced canned tomatoes, then add these two ingredients into the bowl. Using clean hands manually mix all of these delicious ingredients together until you have a consistent and even distribution throughout the buffalo meat.
Step 4: For this fourth step you'll want to manually press your mixed buffalo meat into a meatloaf shaped formation that is approximately 8x4 inches. Once the meatloaf is formed place it into the center of your greased baking dish. Spread the ketchup over the top and sides of the meat.
Step 5: Next you'll want to bake your best buffalo meatloaf for 90 minutes at the preheat temperature. Bake the meatloaf until the ketchup becomes a glaze and the buffalo meat is no longer pink at all. Once the meatloaf is done you will want to let it cool for 10 minutes before serving it.
Storage: Your best buffalo meatloaf will stay fresh for 72 hours if properly stored. I would recommend storing it in an sealable dish within your refrigerator. You can also use tin foil or saran wrap over the baking dish, however, this method is not as airtight as simply using a sealable glass or plastic container.
